HOW TO WEAR: 

If you have long hair then wear your hair in a pony tail. 

Open the velcro and slid the head liner cap onto your head. The wig grip band should placed just below your hair line. Close the back velcro ends to your comfort. 

This head liner cap will stick like glue to your scalp and will not move all day. Great for sleeping, or worn as a liner under a pretied, snood, hijab etc.

Washable:

Place this 2 in 1 head liner in a mesh bag and wash on delicate. Dry on a towel.
